Is my estimate appointment booked when I submit?

Booking confirmed on your receipt means your selected estimate arrival window is reserved. Under review means the crew still needs to confirm your request. Eligible standard junk-removal bookings are confirmed when you submit. Flexible-time, moving-labor, restricted-item and specialty requests need crew review; trailer rentals are confirmed separately. Text updates are sent only if you opt in.

Do I have to hire you after the estimate?

No. The onsite estimate is free, and you can decline at no charge. You pay for removal only if you approve the price and the work goes ahead.

Will you take everything away that visit?

For most standard pickups, we can load and haul away during the estimate visit after you approve the price. You can also arrange removal for later. Larger or specialty projects may need a separate work plan.

Do I need to move my items outside?

No. For a standard pickup, our crew carries approved items out and loads them. Tell us about stairs, tight spaces or unusually heavy items. Curbside pickups use a separate outdoor pickup option.

Do I need an account, card or photos?

No. You can book as a guest without a card or photos. Photos and a short item list help us prepare, but are not required.

Does the two-hour window cover the whole job?

It is the time range for our arrival. Loading and removal may take longer, depending on your items and access.
