We collect information you voluntarily provide through estimate, commercial, employment-application and contact forms, including contact details, service address when relevant, project or job-related information, photos when offered for a service request, scheduling or availability preferences and referral source. If you choose social sign-in, we also receive the provider account identifier, name and email address needed to create or access your JunkPDX account. We also receive limited website-use and campaign-attribution data described below.
Employment applications
If you apply to work with Solely Junk LLC under the JunkPDX brand, we use the job-related information you provide to review your application and contact you about hiring. The initial form does not request salary history, criminal-history details, medical information, government identification, banking details or a Social Security number. Applicant information is kept in a private hiring workflow and is not added to marketing lists.
Commercial account identity verification
A valid driver’s license may be requested separately and kept on file to verify the authorized account holder before Net 7, Net 15 or Net 30 terms activate. Same-day-payment accounts do not require a driver’s license for their payment option. Do not upload or send government identification through the public website forms.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to requests, review employment applications, estimate and perform services, communicate about scheduling, improve marketing attribution, maintain business records and support approved business systems.
Service communications
If you separately check the optional SMS consent box, JunkPDX and its PNW Junk Removal Network booking system may send booking confirmations and service-related customer-care texts, including messages from 866-769-5865, about your request, scheduling, reminders, arrival and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.
Mobile information and consent
Mobile information, including SMS opt-in data and consent, is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share it with service providers only as needed to deliver requested services and communications. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other sharing.
Deals email subscription
After submitting a request, you may separately choose to subscribe to occasional JunkPDX deals by email. This subscription is optional and is not a condition of receiving an estimate or service. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in a marketing email or by contacting us.
Sticker fulfillment and waitlist
If you request a free sticker, we use your name and mailing address to fulfill that request. Optional contact details are used only for fulfillment support unless you separately choose marketing. If a sticker is unavailable, you may optionally join the next-drop waitlist using an email address or mobile number.
Customer accounts and social sign-in
You may create or access a JunkPDX customer account using email and password, Google or Facebook when those options are available. Some existing customer accounts may retain a legacy ChatGPT sign-in connection. Google, Meta or OpenAI authenticates the applicable connected account and returns limited profile information; JunkPDX does not receive your provider password. We store the provider name and stable provider account identifier so later sign-ins reach the correct JunkPDX account. Provider access is used for authentication, not for posting to your social account.
Analytics, advertising and cookies
We use Google Analytics when configured and Google Ads measurement to understand website visits and whether an advertisement led to a request. Google and our website may use cookies or similar browser storage and process information such as pages viewed, referrer, browser or device details, coarse location, campaign parameters, ad-click identifiers and conversion events. We do not send names, phone numbers, email addresses, service addresses, project descriptions or photo contents as analytics event parameters. Enhanced conversions and remarketing are not enabled for this measurement setup.
Website activity measurement
Our private business dashboard uses a randomly generated anonymous browser identifier in local storage and a visit identifier in session storage to estimate visitors, count page views and understand booking-form activity. Visits expire after 30 minutes of inactivity. Measurement records contain the page path without its query string, a broad traffic-source category, a device category, event type and server timestamp. Browser settings, cleared storage and multiple devices can affect these estimates. We do not record sessions or capture form contents for this dashboard. Saved service requests and confirmed appointments are counted separately from visitor activity.
Storage and sharing
Submitted leads, account information and photos may be stored by our website hosting and connected customer-management providers. When you choose an available social sign-in option, limited authentication data is processed by Google or Meta. Limited authentication data for an existing legacy ChatGPT connection may be processed by OpenAI. Limited measurement data may also be processed by Google as an analytics and advertising service provider. We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate the business, subject to their agreements.
Your tracking choices
You can limit or clear cookies and similar storage through your browser settings and use Google's advertising and analytics privacy controls. Blocking measurement storage may reduce attribution accuracy but does not prevent you from submitting a service request. The service-request contact checkbox is not consent to marketing or personalized advertising.

Account data deletion

Security
No online system is risk-free. We use reasonable platform safeguards and limit collection to information relevant to providing service.
