Truck Space & Weight Policy
Last updated: August 21, 2026Full-truck price
The $995 full-truck price covers up to one full 14-foot box truck of approved ordinary household junk under normal access conditions. It includes standard loading, hauling and disposal, with up to 2,000 pounds (one ton) of estimated material weight.
Additional estimated weight
When a full-truck load is estimated to exceed 2,000 pounds, each additional estimated 600 pounds, or any portion thereof, adds $100. For example, a load estimated at 3,200 pounds is 1,200 pounds over the included amount and adds $200, making the full-truck total $1,195 before any separately disclosed specialty charges.
Dense and construction materials
Construction debris and other dense materials may be priced by both the truck space used and estimated weight. These materials can reach safe weight limits before they fill the same visible space as ordinary household items.
How weight is estimated
The crew makes a good-faith onsite estimate based on the visible material type, quantity and density. Any applicable weight charge is explained for approval before loading begins. If the items or conditions differ from the reviewed scope, the crew will stop and obtain approval before continuing.
Separate quotes and safety limits
Concrete, dirt, brick, rock and similarly dense materials require a separate quote. Legal payload and safe-loading limits always apply, and a load may require reduced volume or additional trips.
