Photo-based ranges are preliminary. Standard household junk is priced by the space it takes up in our truck or trailer. Unusually heavy items, certain debris types, difficult access or special disposal may add charges. The complete price is confirmed onsite, and work begins only after approval.
The $20 new-personal-account credit is optional and must be selected while booking a qualifying junk-removal pickup. It applies only to the final approved junk-removal subtotal, up to that subtotal, and cannot reduce a balance below zero. It has no cash value, is non-transferable and cannot be combined with another promotion. Moving labor does not qualify; on a combined booking, the credit applies only to the qualifying junk-removal portion.
Customers do not have to choose a truck size online. The crew evaluates the actual approved load onsite and explains the complete price before loading. Separately reviewed access, labor, unusually dense material or specialty-disposal conditions may affect the total when disclosed and approved first.
For eligible standard junk-removal bookings, a receipt marked Booking confirmed reserves your selected two-hour arrival window for a free estimate. A confirmation text is optional and is not required to make that booking valid. Separate review requests: flexible timing, moving labor, combined services, specialty work, restricted materials and addresses needing a route check require crew review before scheduling. These submissions are marked Request received or Under review until the crew confirms the appointment. This review process does not apply to an eligible standard booking with a Booking confirmed receipt. Trailer rentals are confirmed separately. The arrival window describes when the crew arrives, not when removal will be complete. For standard junk removal, the crew arrives ready to load and haul away during the estimate visit once you approve the onsite price. Larger or specialty projects requiring special equipment or several phases have their work plan confirmed separately.
Added items, concealed conditions, restricted materials or changed access may change pricing. Any change requires approval before the added work proceeds.
Customers must disclose hazardous, infested, unusually heavy or regulated materials. JunkPDX may decline items that cannot be safely or legally handled.
Please call or text as soon as plans change. Project-specific deposits or cancellation terms, if any, will be disclosed before acceptance.
Customers who separately opt in may receive booking confirmations and service-related customer-care texts from JunkPDX, operated by Solely Junk LLC, and its PNW Junk Removal Network booking system, including messages from 866-769-5865, about request receipt, scheduling, reminders, arrival, pricing, payment, support and service status. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. JunkPDX and PNW Junk Removal use separate commercial-account programs. This page describes JunkPDX. Approval, credit limits and discounts do not transfer automatically between programs. PNW’s $1,000 starting limit and three-payment credit review do not automatically apply to JunkPDX; use your written JunkPDX approval for account-specific terms.
JunkPDX commercial applicants may choose same-day payment, request Net 7 or Net 15 terms, or ask to discuss Net 30 when a qualifying business need and account requirements are met. Same-day payment is due when service is complete and does not require a driver’s license on file. Net 7, Net 15 and Net 30 require approval and a valid driver’s license on file before the terms activate. Net 30 requires additional review and is not guaranteed. Account discounts and terms begin only after written approval.
