Scope changes
Added items, concealed conditions, restricted materials or changed access may change pricing. Any change requires approval before the added work proceeds.
Restricted materials
Customers must disclose hazardous, infested, unusually heavy or regulated materials. JunkPDX may decline items that cannot be safely or legally handled.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Please call or text as soon as plans change. Project-specific deposits or cancellation terms, if any, will be disclosed before acceptance.
