What a minimum pickup looks like.
Regular minimum pickups start at $120, with small household loads running $120–$175. This minimum pickup fits along one side of our truck. The photos show a mattress, bed base, headboard and frame pieces before pickup, the cleared area afterward and the truck space they use. Your own items and access determine the final onsite price.

The load-size examples on this page are based on our 14-foot box truck. We also operate multiple dump trailers for hauling and larger cleanouts. Whole-house, estate, hoarding and commercial projects receive an estimate for the complete job, including the required loads and labor.

How do I get the $20 account credit?
Create a free personal JunkPDX account to receive $20 in credit. Sign in and select your available credit when booking a qualifying junk-removal pickup. It applies to the final approved junk-removal subtotal, up to that subtotal. It has no cash value and cannot be combined with another promotion or applied to moving labor.
How does truck-space pricing work?
For standard household junk, you pay for the space your items take up in our truck, subject to our $120 minimum. Standard lifting, loading, hauling and disposal are included. Unusually heavy items, difficult access, or special handling and disposal may add charges. Hazardous or restricted materials need review, and some cannot be accepted. We explain any added charges before you approve the job.
What is the difference between a $120–$175 load and a $325 load?
A $120–$175 load is small enough to fit in one corner of our truck without spanning wall to wall. A 1/4 load is $325 and uses a quarter of our box truck’s loading space. These prices are based on space. Unusually heavy items, certain debris types, difficult access or special disposal may add charges. We confirm the complete price onsite before loading.

What do partial loads cost?
Our standard household-junk guide is $175 for one-eighth, $325 for a quarter load, $450 for three-eighths, $575 for half, $700 for five-eighths, $825 for three-quarters and $925 for seven-eighths. A full load is $995. These prices are based on space and include standard labor, loading, transportation and disposal. Unusually heavy items, difficult access and certain debris types can add charges. You approve the final onsite price before work begins.
Can a job cost more than $995?
Yes. $995 covers one full standard household-junk load. Multiple loads, dense debris, difficult access or special handling can cost more. We confirm the full project price before work begins.
Does the $995 full-load price cover concrete, dirt or brick?
No. $995 is the base price for one full standard household-junk load. Concrete, dirt, brick, rock and similarly dense materials need a separate quote. Legal payload and safe-loading limits can require reduced volume or additional trips. Show us the material, quantity and access; we confirm the complete price before loading.
How do I compare cleanout estimates?
