Approve the inventory and protect retained assets

List furniture and contents by office, conference room, storage area and break room. Separate items going with your movers and leased equipment that stays. Secure records and data-bearing devices through your own process; ordinary hauling does not include certified data destruction. Fixed fixtures, cubicle anchors and utility or data connections need separate dismantling or qualified disconnection review.

Reserve access around the handoff

Confirm building service hours, loading-dock hours, elevators, parking and vendor requirements. Share the landlord’s deadline and when movers or cleaners need the space. Review the complete inventory to plan loads or visits. For phased removal while staff remain, use our office junk removal service for facilities teams.

Check the cleared rooms with your contact

Keep one authorized person available to approve changes and compare the finished areas with the removal list. Request completion photos, purchase-order references or location details for the invoice in advance. A practical sweep-up is included; detailed cleaning, repairs and lease restoration are separate.

Before you book

Common questions.

Does an arrival window guarantee the office will be empty by then?

No. Arrival and completion are different. Share the full inventory and handoff deadline so the crew can review loading time, access and capacity.

How is a one-time office cleanout quoted?

The quote considers the complete item list, floors and suites, dismantling agreed in advance, carry distance, truck volume, weight and disposal needs. Share access restrictions and the deadline before the free estimate so the full project can be reviewed.

Can an office cleanout include cubicles and workstations?

Cubicles can be reviewed alongside desks, chairs and other approved office contents. Send the workstation count, panel photos, anchors and access details. Electrical and data connections must be disconnected by the appropriate qualified parties before removal. We agree on dismantling, staging, loading and disposal as part of the complete scope and price.

Can you remove office contents in stages?

Staged removal can be reviewed when a move, department change or building schedule requires it. Each phase needs clear items, access and approval, and timing depends on crew availability.

Your onsite estimate is free, with no obligation to hire us. Approve the full price before any removal begins.
