Ask us to confirm an accessible pickup spot on your property, such as a driveway. Keep sidewalks, roads and entrances clear. Wait for your confirmed pickup plan before moving items out, and only move items you can handle safely.
Ask the crew when arranging the pickup. We need an agreed item list, access arrangements and your price approval before loading. Choosing curbside pickup does not automatically arrange an unattended pickup.
