Leave heavy furniture in its room. Our crew handles the approved carry-out from your home or apartment. Tell us about stairs, elevators, tight doorways and truck parking. Photos of oversized pieces and the way out help us plan any disassembly and include the carrying work in your quote.
Usable furniture may be donated when a facility accepts it. Our pickup is a paid service, and donation isn’t guaranteed.

Tell us when replacement furniture arrives or when you return your keys. Check whether your retailer already includes old-furniture haul-away, and confirm building loading hours or elevator reservations. Our two-hour window is for arrival; allow time for carrying, loading and any separate cleaning. Same-day estimates depend on the openings shown for your address.
Before you book
Standard household-junk pickups start at $120. We quote the furniture and other approved items together by the truck space they use. Weight, stairs, tight exits, disassembly or special disposal can increase the total. Photos help us give a rough range; you approve the complete price at your free onsite estimate before loading.
They can. A sleeper mechanism adds weight, and the exit route may require extra handling or agreed disassembly. Send photos of the whole sofa and the stairs, doorway or elevator it must pass through. The crew includes any added charges in the complete price you approve before loading.
Same-day estimates are often available Monday–Saturday. Choose an available two-hour arrival window and check your receipt: Booking confirmed means your eligible standard estimate appointment is reserved; Under review means the crew still needs to confirm it. For standard pickups, we arrive ready to haul after you approve the onsite price. We are closed Sunday.
Yes. You can book a free estimate for one accepted couch, dresser, table or other piece. The $120 starting minimum applies to the pickup, and size, weight or access may increase the quote. You can also include boxes or other approved items so the crew reviews one complete pickup.

We can review disassembly during your free estimate. Show us the full piece, its connections and the exit route, and identify anything that stays. Leave difficult or heavy pieces in place for review. Any agreed disassembly is included in the complete price; changes to walls, doors or other property need a separate agreement.
