One pickup for the household items you want removed

An old sofa, a bed frame upstairs and boxes in the garage can belong in the same estimate. List what you want removed and where each group sits so we can assess the carrying work.

For homes outside the town centers, use your actual address and identify the entrance that leads to the pickup. A mailing address alone may not explain which gate or shared entrance reaches the house. Include a useful landmark or entrance photo when the approach is easy to confuse.

Leave furniture indoors or agree on a staging spot

You do not need to move a couch to the road for an estimate. Tell us about stairs, narrow doors and the room the item is in. Indoor carrying is reviewed as part of the approved job.

If you prefer to stage items, agree on the location first. A covered garage or another accessible spot may make more sense than an exposed roadside pile. Keep items you want to save separate, and tell us when only certain pieces within a group are leaving.

Review appliances and outdoor material separately

Identify each appliance, its location and whether it is already disconnected. Do not assume appliance pickup includes disconnecting plumbing, gas or electrical connections. Refrigerators and other items requiring special handling need a separate review before the removal is agreed.

Photograph dense outdoor material separately from furniture and household boxes. Soil, concrete, roofing and mixed construction material cannot be assessed from the apparent size of a light household pile. Describe what the material is so we can review whether it fits the pickup and how it affects the estimate.

Plan the visit around a confirmed arrival window

Send photos for a preliminary price range, then receive the final price on site before approving removal. Show the whole group, including items hidden behind larger furniture.

Appointments are reviewed Monday through Saturday; we are closed Sundays. A two-hour arrival window describes when the crew is expected to arrive, not when the entire job will be complete. Tell us about a delivery or handover deadline when arranging the visit.

A clear price before anything is loaded

Standard household-junk pickups start at $120. The full quote depends on the approved items, truck space, weight, carrying work and disposal requirements. Share your address, the complete removal list and any difficult access so the estimate covers the whole job.

Photos can help us give you a range. The final price is confirmed onsite, with no obligation to proceed. Review current load prices and additional charges.

Pickup questions in Fargo and Broadacres

Can you collect furniture from inside my home?

Indoor carrying can be included in the agreed job. Tell us which rooms the furniture is in and describe stairs or tight turns. We review those details and give the final on-site price before removal begins.

What should I send for an appliance pickup estimate?

Send a photo, the appliance type, where it sits and whether it is disconnected. Note any steps between it and the loading area. Special handling and any work needed before collection must be reviewed before the pickup is confirmed.

Can my household pile include heavy outdoor debris?

Describe and photograph that material separately. A household estimate should not be assumed to cover concrete, soil or construction debris. We need to review the material, weight and proposed scope before agreeing to take it.

How do you confirm a Fargo or Broadacres appointment?

We review the actual address, entrance details, item list and route timing. Share any deadline up front so the proposed arrival window can be assessed before you plan around it.
