Pickup information for your community

These pages cover smaller communities around the Canby–Woodburn area and toward Molalla. Each explains a different cleanout need, from reclaiming a workshop bay to arranging furniture pickup or clearing stored contents before a property handoff.

Tell us which spaces need clearing

A rural pickup can be a few bulky items, one garage bay or a larger household cleanout. A separate shed, workshop or storage room belongs on the estimate if it contains items you want hauled. Identify the building and the approved contents instead of describing everything as one pile.

For a larger property, decide what needs to be usable first. The crew can review a priority area and the remaining work so you can agree on the scope, price and schedule before starting. See how property cleanouts work.

Plan for the property you actually have

Share the entrance, gates, possible loading spot and carrying route. Mention long carries, low clearance or soft ground before the visit. You do not need to bring heavy furniture to the road. Access is reviewed before deciding where the truck can park.

Photos help show the complete job and can support a price range. The onsite estimate confirms the actual removal price. A two-hour arrival window describes when the crew arrives; a larger cleanout's completion time is agreed separately. Read the rural pickup access guide.

Rural pickup questions

Can you pick up from a rural address outside city limits?

Share the actual street address and the items you want removed. We review the location, route and pickup access rather than relying on the community name alone. If a standard online arrival window is not available, contact the crew for a property-specific review.

Can one estimate include the house, garage and a detached shed?

Yes. Include every area you want reviewed, identify the contents to remove and mark what stays. The estimate covers the agreed items and carrying work. Larger cleanouts may need multiple loads or a separate work schedule after the walkthrough.

Should I carry everything out to the road first?

You can leave furniture and household junk where it is for the estimate. Tell us about the route from the items to a possible loading spot. If you prefer to stage manageable items outside, agree on a spot on your property and keep roads and entrances clear.

Do you haul away farm equipment, chemical containers or a whole barn?

Describe those separately before booking a standard household pickup. Machinery, unknown containers, hazardous materials, attached fixtures and structure removal need individual review and may require a specialist. Clearing approved stored contents does not include demolishing the building.
