The truck needs a practical loading position. Describe driveway width, low branches, soft ground and places where turning may be difficult. Agree on the contents and full price together

Point out appliances, unusually heavy pieces, dense material, powered equipment, batteries and containers with liquids or unknown contents before adding them to the load. Acceptance must be reviewed individually. Removing household belongings does not include dismantling buildings or removing attached fixtures unless separately assessed and agreed.

Appointments are Monday through Saturday; we are closed Sundays. A two-hour arrival window describes when the crew arrives. Several loads or a larger cleanout need a separate completion plan agreed before work starts.
