Photograph stairs, landings, thresholds, tight corners, flooring and the complete route to legal truck parking.
Measure before scheduling
Share piano width, height and depth plus doorway, hallway and elevator measurements where space is limited.
Keep the route controlled
Remove rugs, boxes, pets and other obstacles. The crew confirms whether the access and lifting plan are appropriate before work begins.
Before your visit
Send the piano type, dimensions and photos of stairs, landings, doors and the route to the truck. Include the bench if it goes. Grand and baby-grand pianos need separate review; weight or access may require specialist equipment or another provider.
