Review the complete cleanout estimate

Photos help us give a rough range. At the free, no-obligation walkthrough, we check the items, access, labor and disposal needs, including any extra truckloads. You approve the complete job and price before work starts. We review any changes with you before doing additional work.

Clear the whole home or choose a first phase

We can clear the whole home or start with one area, such as the garage or living room. If you need more time to make decisions or spread out the cost, ask about separate visits. You approve the work and price for each visit.

Leave time for the next contractor

Tell us when cleaners, repair crews or movers are coming, or when keys are due back. Your two-hour window is for arrival, not the time needed to finish the cleanout. Ask for completion photos in advance. We sweep cleared, accessible areas; detailed cleaning and repairs are separate.

Before you book

Common questions.

Do I need to move items outside?

No. Our crew removes approved items from inside the property when access is safe.

Can you work with an agent or family member?

Yes. One authorized contact must approve access, scope and pricing.

How much does a whole-house cleanout in Portland cost?

The total depends on every area being cleared, truck volume, material weight, labor, access and special disposal. Photos help with a rough range. The free onsite walkthrough lets you approve the complete scope and price before loading; a full house can require multiple truckloads.

Can a house cleanout include the basement and attic?

Yes, accessible basement and attic contents can be reviewed as part of the same removal scope. Show stairs, ceiling clearance, hatch or doorway dimensions and heavy items before the walkthrough. Attics reached only by a ladder, unstable flooring or restricted materials may need a different plan. Leave bulky items in place for assessment, and identify anything that must stay.

Your onsite estimate is free, with no obligation to hire us. Approve the full price before any removal begins.
