Photograph every pile and large piece
Take a wide photo of each complete pile or room, including items hidden behind furniture. Close-ups alone do not show the overall volume. For heavy or unusual pieces, include a second image and approximate dimensions.
Show the carry route and disclose unusual materials
Show stairs, elevators, gates, tight corners and truck parking. Disclose chemicals, fuels, pests or other potentially restricted materials rather than hiding them in bags. Photos help JunkPDX provide a rough price range; the final price is confirmed onsite before loading.
Use photos for a range and confirm the price onsite
JunkPDX offers a free, no-obligation onsite estimate. Photos help with an initial range, but the final price depends on truck space, weight, access and any special handling. You approve the final price before loading begins. Same-day service depends on availability; the crew is closed Sundays.
