Give the house and detached storage their own scope
List the house, garage and any detached storage areas that need attention. For each area, identify the unwanted contents, what stays and whether anyone still needs access before removal.
Send separate photos of each space. Ordinary household furniture and a storage area with unidentified containers need different review. Describe the contents so we can assess which materials we can collect before agreeing to the work.
Set the keep list and approval contact before loading
For a family home, rental turnover or move, decide who is authorized to approve the work. If several people are sorting belongings, settle disputed items before the appointment so the crew has a clear removal scope.
Use a written keep list and visible labels for furniture, boxes or shelves that stay. Name whole areas that are excluded, such as a locked room or a storage bay. If the approving person cannot attend, discuss the approval arrangement in advance and provide a contact who can answer questions during the visit.
Use phases when decisions or deadlines differ
You can ask for separate estimates for a first group of approved items and a later group that still needs sorting. For example, clearing a room for access may be the first priority while detached storage waits for a family review. Agree on the contents and price for each phase before work begins.
Tell us the deadline and which areas must be cleared first. The estimate visit, removal work and any later phase need scheduling review. A two-hour arrival window describes expected arrival; allow additional time for the actual cleanout.

Photos can support a preliminary range. The final price is confirmed on site after reviewing the agreed contents, carrying work and access between each space and the loading area. If more contents are added, review the changed scope and price before those items are removed.
Share the actual address, the correct entrance and the person meeting the crew. Appointments are reviewed Monday through Saturday; we are closed Sundays. Route availability and job size are checked before timing is confirmed.
A clear price before anything is loaded
Standard household-junk pickups start at $120. The full quote depends on the approved items, truck space, weight, carrying work and disposal requirements. Share your address, the complete removal list and any difficult access so the estimate covers the whole job.
Photos can help us give you a range. The final price is confirmed onsite, with no obligation to proceed. Review current load prices and additional charges.
Pickup questions in Monitor and Rural Dell
Can one estimate cover the house and a detached storage area?
Yes, you can request a review of both. List each space and photograph its contents separately. We need to see what is leaving, what stays and the carrying work involved before confirming the scope and final price.
What if relatives or tenants still need to sort belongings?
Keep undecided contents outside the approved removal scope. Identify the person authorized to approve disposal and mark the items that stay. We can review a first phase of clearly approved items while the remaining decisions are completed.
Can I request separate prices for different cleanout phases?
Ask for that during the estimate. Explain which rooms or groups belong in each phase and which deadline each phase supports. Separate work needs an agreed scope, approved price and scheduling review; later visits are not automatically reserved.
Can you clear the property before a handover date?
Share the date and the specific areas that must be ready when requesting the visit. We review the address, contents and route timing before confirming what can be scheduled. Do not use an arrival window as the expected completion time for the cleanout.
