A one-time office clearout may only need a single estimate. Property managers, contractors, offices and storage facilities with repeat pickups may benefit from consistent request, approval and billing processes. Assign a contact who can authorize each job.
Request account approval and share each job scope
After written account approval, JunkPDX offers 20% off standard load pricing on the first commercial pickup and 10% on subsequent pickups while approved. This is not a discount on every surcharge. Provide the site address, unit number, item photos, access details and desired timing. Each job is still priced for its actual scope.
Review the price for each commercial pickup
JunkPDX offers a free, no-obligation onsite estimate. Photos help with an initial range, but the final price depends on truck space, weight, access and any special handling. You approve the final price before loading begins. Same-day service depends on availability; the crew is closed Sundays.
