Confirm what leaves before preparing the property

Start with the garage, attic, basement, shed and yard. Separate belongings to keep, donate or sell from items approved for removal. If an executor, tenant or multiple owners are involved, confirm who has authority to authorize disposal. A vacant home does not automatically mean everything can be discarded.

Schedule removal before cleaning and listing photos

Schedule hauling after property decisions but before final cleaning, repairs, staging and listing photography. Photograph every area, especially bulky furniture and outdoor debris. Share stairs, gates, parking restrictions and the deadline. JunkPDX provides a free onsite estimate and confirms the final price before loading. Cleaning and repairs are separate unless arranged.

Approve the onsite scope and price

JunkPDX offers a free, no-obligation onsite estimate. Photos help with an initial range, but the final price depends on truck space, weight, access and any special handling. You approve the final price before loading begins. Same-day service depends on availability; the crew is closed Sundays.
