Price before loading
We review the material, pile size, weight and carrying route before giving you the full hauling price. A small pile of concrete can require a different load plan from bulky wood or detached cabinets.

Household-junk load prices are not a fixed quote for dense debris. The estimate covers the agreed carrying, loading, hauling and disposal. Demolition and utility disconnection require their own scope. You approve the complete price before work starts.
After the pickup
Our debris removal service includes loading, haul-away and disposal of approved materials. The video shows one of our dump trailers unloading at the disposal facility. Send the material list and pile photos so we can quote the full job.
Send a wide photo of the pile and close-ups of anything unusual. Heavy construction debris and special disposal can affect the quote; we confirm the full price before loading.

Our quote covers the agreed lifting, loading, hauling and disposal. We can review lumber, detached cabinets, flooring and fixtures from the same project together. You don’t need to rent a truck or make the dump run yourself.
Group wood, drywall, flooring and fixtures separately, and flag concrete, dirt, tile, roofing and masonry for weight review. Keep paths clear and sharp pieces contained. Show stairs, gates and the route to truck parking; leave unstable piles in place for assessment. Pickup covers approved, detached debris. Demolition, utility disconnection and site repairs need their own agreed scope.
Paint, chemicals, suspected asbestos and regulated waste are outside a standard debris pickup. Tell us about unknown materials before the visit so acceptance and the appropriate disposal route can be reviewed. Do not mix them into an ordinary debris pile.
For renovation debris going to a Metro transfer station, review its construction and demolition waste acceptance requirements before pickup. Share the material list, building age and any asbestos survey or lab reports so the disposal route can be confirmed. Metro requires printed acceptance documentation and any required survey or test results. Suspected asbestos stays outside our standard hauling scope.
A crew estimate covers the agreed carrying, loading, hauling and disposal. A dump trailer rental is an option when you can arrange the loading, towing and disposal yourself. Include those costs and the rental's material and weight limits when comparing the two options.

The price depends on material, volume, weight, access and disposal requirements. Our household-junk load prices are not a fixed quote for dense construction debris. We review the whole pile at your free onsite estimate and confirm the hauling scope, disposal and any additional charges before loading.
Not necessarily. Our crew can review carrying and loading from an accessible work area. The material must be detached and safe to handle. Stairs, long carries, unstable piles and active demolition can affect the work plan and price.

Yes, multiple loads or project phases can be reviewed. Send the complete material list, loading access and the deadline for each phase. Truck capacity, weight, crew time and disposal requirements determine the plan; the two-hour arrival window is not a project completion guarantee.
