Identify the material
Send photos and list wood, drywall, cabinets, fixtures, flooring or other debris separately.
Separate dense loads
Concrete, dirt, tile, roofing and masonry require specific weight review and may need another disposal plan.
Keep hazards apart
Paint, chemicals, asbestos-containing material and regulated waste are not ordinary junk.
Prepare safe access
Debris should be stable, accessible and free from protruding nails or unsafe demolition conditions.
