Before your visit

Choose one authorized coordinator and label what stays, goes to family or leaves. Protect medications, documents, valuables and keepsakes. Share facility access rules and moving dates. We can plan by room or visit; transporting belongings is separate. Donation depends on item condition and facility acceptance.

Protect keepsakes before approving removal

Create a separate area for family photos, documents, valuables and belongings intended for the next home. Label undecided items and leave them outside the hauling scope. If the project feels too large, ask for a defined first room or phase so decisions and removal happen at a manageable pace.

Can you help decide what to keep?

We can follow a clear customer-approved plan, but the family remains responsible for final decisions.

Can you coordinate with a senior community?

Yes. Provide facility access rules, move schedules and the authorized contact.

Do you guarantee donations?

No. We may route usable items toward donation when practical and accepted, but acceptance depends on item condition and facility rules.

Can we arrange a downsizing cleanout in stages?

Yes, phased work can be reviewed. Identify the first room or approved item list, keep undecided belongings separate and agree on that phase’s scope and price. Timing for later visits must be confirmed separately.

Can you help load the belongings we are keeping during a downsizing move?

You can request labor-only moving help separately from junk removal. Label the belongings going to your next home and keep them separate from approved removal items. You supply and drive the moving vehicle; loading help and junk removal have separate pricing and scheduling requirements. Share the item list, access and move date so both parts can be reviewed before confirmation.

Do you decide which family belongings should be removed?

No. The authorized contact decides what stays and what leaves. Mark important and undecided belongings clearly before loading; the crew follows the approved removal scope rather than deciding what has sentimental value.
