Agree on what leaves before the Woodburn handoff

Access for your Woodburn pickup

Plan the next step
Share the cleaner's start, key return or next-occupant date and decide which areas need clearing first. Review any late additions with the authorized approver before they join the load. Arrange a final walkthrough, or discuss completion photos in advance when the manager cannot attend. The quote covers the agreed removal; detailed cleaning, repairs and decisions about ownership or permission remain separate responsibilities.
Property cleanout pricing in Woodburn
The onsite walkthrough is free. We quote the complete approved scope, including carrying, loading, hauling and standard disposal. Household-junk truck-space references are $325 for a quarter load, $575 for a half load and $995 for a full load within material and weight limits. A whole property can require several loads, additional labor or special disposal; $995 is not a whole-property price. Approve the total and work schedule before removal.
