Share gate hours, the unit floor, elevator reservations and the route to truck parking. Arrange an authorized contact to unlock the unit and approve the contents and price. Tell us the empty-unit deadline and gate cutoff; agree on completion before arranging the facility’s inspection and lock return. Your two-hour estimate window is for arrival, not a promise to empty the unit within two hours.
Keep fuel, propane, chemicals, paint, batteries and unknown liquids identified separately from approved furniture and boxes. Leave unfamiliar containers alone and describe them before the visit. Acceptance and any special handling need confirmation; a standard booking does not approve restricted material.
Before you book
Small, straightforward pickups start at $120. For standard household junk, a quarter load has a $325 base price and one full 14-foot truckload has a $995 base price. These are load examples, not fixed prices for a storage-unit size. A packed unit may need multiple loads; weight, stairs, elevators, long carries, extra labor and special disposal can increase the total. Show us all approved contents and access so you can approve the complete free onsite estimate before loading.
Yes. Label separate remove, keep and undecided groups, and leave unmarked or undecided boxes outside the approved removal list. Show how the crew can reach selected items behind stacked contents without disturbing what stays. Tell us if kept belongings block access. Transporting belongings you keep is separate from the agreed junk pickup.
The onsite estimate is free; lifting, loading and haul-away are paid services. You approve the complete removal price before loading. A unit’s dimensions alone do not determine its contents, weight or final price.
We can review it when access is safe and the facility permits service. Tell us the floor, stairs or elevator size, any elevator reservation, hallway turns and the distance to permitted truck parking. Send photos of the route without moving heavy items yourself. Any added carrying work is included in the onsite price you approve before loading.
A crew can handle the approved lifting, loading and haul-away. A trailer rental is an option when you can arrange the towing, loading and disposal yourself. For belongings you are keeping, consider an enclosed cargo trailer and confirm the facility allows your planned vehicle and loading setup.
