The free onsite estimate covers our proposed removal work. Any broader coordination, third-party services or additional project work is scoped and priced separately. Licensed trades, permits and specialist services remain the responsibility of the appropriately qualified provider.

A few useful answers.
Can you help when there is more than junk removal involved?
Yes. Describe the whole situation. We can discuss the sequence and handoffs around our removal work, and whether a broader coordination scope is practical. Outside services and fees need separate agreement.
Can you coordinate with a realtor or an out-of-town family member?
We can discuss a designated contact, clear approval steps and updates for the removal project. Confirm property access and who has authority to approve work before scheduling.
Do you provide cleaning, repairs and staging yourselves?
Our cleaners can come in after the cleanout when you include follow-up cleaning in the plan. Cleaning is scoped and priced separately. Repairs and staging need their own arrangements; confirm the provider, scope and charges before committing.
Can you help decide what to keep, donate or remove?
We can help organize the removal plan around your decisions. You approve what leaves. Donation depends on item condition and acceptance; no resale value or donation placement is guaranteed.
Is the planning service included in the pickup price?
Planning needed for the approved removal is discussed with that quote. Ongoing project coordination or outside work must be separately agreed. There is no automatic monthly contract.
