Real shed cleanout and removal

From crowded structure to open backyard space.

These are real JunkPDX project photos showing the structure before work and the cleared area afterward. A complete photo set helps identify contents, construction, access and debris before the onsite review.

Every shed is different. Utilities, structural condition, foundations, permits or specialized work may change what JunkPDX can include in the approved scope.

Start with the contents

Photograph everything inside and separate fuel, propane, paint, chemicals, batteries and other restricted materials for individual review.

Document the full structure

Show every side, roof condition, floor or foundation, attachments, nearby fences and anything built against the shed.

Confirm utilities and authorization

Electrical, plumbing or other utilities must be safely disconnected as appropriate, and the property owner must authorize any dismantling.

Plan debris and access together

Shed material, hidden weight, nails, gate width, slopes and the carry to truck parking all affect the removal plan and onsite price.

Common questions

What customers ask us.

Does JunkPDX tear down sheds?

Some small shed dismantling can be reviewed with the removal project. The structure, utilities, foundation, access and authorization must be evaluated before work is approved.

Can you remove only the contents of a shed?

Yes. A shed cleanout can be booked without dismantling the structure.

Are paint, fuel and propane included?

Not as ordinary junk volume. Restricted materials must be disclosed and may need another approved disposal route.
