Heavy items, difficult access or special disposal may add charges. Approve the complete price before loading. Larger cleanouts receive a full project quote.
Choose a two-hour arrival window, Monday–Saturday. Removal time depends on the items and access; larger cleanouts receive an agreed work schedule.
One item or a full cleanout
Leave the heavy items where they are. Our crew takes care of the carrying.
If a replacement sofa, bed or appliance is on the way, first check whether delivery includes old-item haul-away. List the remaining pieces for JunkPDX and share your delivery date. Include headboards, sectional modules and packaging you want reviewed so a forgotten piece does not block the room after pickup.
Send photos from the item's current location to the truck approach. Mention a sloped driveway, steps, gate, tight landing or a piece that was assembled inside the room. You do not need to attempt a difficult lift for estimate photos. Leave time between removal and delivery for cleaning or unexpected access changes. The two-hour window is the crew's arrival range, not a completion promise.
Define the parking space you want back, including room to open the car doors. Mark shelving, tools and storage that stay. We can review that first phase separately from a whole-garage cleanout.
