What to know before we come out
Clear a corner or the whole garage
Choose the result you need first: a parking bay, access to stored tools or one clear corner. Point out the exact items leaving and mark shelving, equipment and undecided boxes that stay. We can quote that first area separately from the rest of the garage. Later phases need their own agreed scope and schedule.
Keep valuables and restricted items separate
Set documents, keys, photographs, valuables and belongings you are keeping in a clearly marked area before loading. Label undecided boxes to stay. Disclose fuel, paint, chemicals, propane, batteries and sharps separately from ordinary clutter. Leave any container you cannot safely inspect in place and tell the crew what you know about it.
Heavy items and access
Photograph heavy tools, safes, machinery and attached cabinets separately from boxes and furniture. Share model labels, dimensions and known weights, and mention pieces that cannot roll. Identify anchors, utility connections, fuel, oil or batteries. Show the doorway, driveway and route to truck parking so handling, any dismantling and acceptance can be reviewed before removal.
After your cleanout
We give accessible floor space a practical sweep after removal. Detailed cleaning, repairs and demolition are separate work that must be agreed in advance.
Want to load a trailer yourself?
A rental trailer may suit sorting over several days. Compare the complete rental, transport, disposal and loading costs with a crew quote. Check material limits, where the trailer can sit and how it will be moved before reserving.
