How do I recycle a large pile of moving boxes in Portland?
Offer sturdy boxes for another move, then flatten eligible cardboard for recycling. Portland permits extra flattened cardboard bundled beside a full blue bin, with bundles no larger than three feet in any direction. At apartments, confirm the property's collection setup before leaving overflow outside shared containers.
