What can go before your move

Keep packed belongings separate from approved junk. Tell us your key-return date and any building loading or elevator hours.

How much is move-out junk removal?

Standard household pickups start at $120. A quarter load is $325, a half load is $575 and a full load is $995, within material and weight limits. We price the unwanted contents being hauled, rather than the number of bedrooms in your home.

What the estimate covers

Show the crew the complete leftover pile, stairs, elevator rules and loading access. Extra labor, heavy items and special disposal can affect the total. Your free onsite estimate confirms the full price before loading. Loading belongings into your moving vehicle is separately priced moving labor.

Share your deadline before choosing a visit. Your two-hour window is for arrival; the crew reviews how long the actual removal will take.

Furniture removal and inside pickup

What to know before we come out

Only haul what you’re leaving behind

Use clear labels or separate areas for belongings going with your movers, items staying at the property and junk approved for hauling. Protect keys, documents and moving-day essentials. Include leftovers in closets, the garage and storage areas in the removal list. Update the list after your movers leave if the contents change.

Leave time before returning your keys

Tell us your key-return deadline and any stairs, elevator reservations or loading limits. Your two-hour window is for crew arrival; removal takes additional time. We review the job length with you before agreeing on the schedule.

Need help loading your moving truck?

Choose Junk Removal + Moving Labor when you need both unwanted items hauled and belongings you are keeping carried or loaded. List the two tasks separately and share the moving vehicle’s arrival time. Moving labor and junk removal have separate prices. You provide and drive the vehicle carrying your belongings, or arrange container transport; crew timing and the combined scope need review.

A final check before you leave

Compare the cleared rooms, closets, garage and storage areas with your agreed removal list before returning the keys. Check that retained belongings and property fixtures remain. Tell the crew about an included item still waiting for pickup while you are onsite. Plan any detailed cleaning or inspection separately after hauling.

Common questions

Questions we hear in Portland.

Can you come close to my move-out deadline?

Share the latest time the property must be clear, along with your key-return date, loading hours and any elevator reservation. Choose an available estimate window with time for removal and your final check. The two-hour window is for arrival; the crew needs to review the job’s volume, access and completion plan before you rely on that deadline.

Can you remove junk from an apartment or basement?

Yes, when access is safe and authorized. Tell us the floor, any stairs or elevator rules, and where the truck can park.

What affects move-out junk removal pricing?

Truck space, weight, stairs, long carries, crew time and special disposal can affect the price. Your onsite estimate is free, with no obligation. Approve the complete price before loading.

Do I have to estimate the truck space?

You don’t need to choose a truck size. Show us what goes. We’ll measure the load. Descriptions and photos help us plan, but are not a final quote.
