What to know before we come out
Coordinate appliance removal with the unit handoff
For a Wilsonville rental or apartment, confirm which appliance belongs to the property and who may authorize its removal. Identify the old unit separately from a new delivery and keep hoses, shelves or parts that should stay. Empty refrigerators and freezers before hauling, and arrange required disconnection in advance.
Access for your Wilsonville pickup
Share the building entrance, unit floor, elevator rules and loading area. If the appliance is in an upper-level laundry space or a garage reached from a different entrance, photograph that route. Facility hours and elevator reservations may affect when carrying can take place.
Prepare connections and disclose refrigerant
Empty the appliance and arrange safe disconnection of water, gas and hardwired electrical connections before pickup. Tell us if you need to discuss preparation. Photograph the item, connections and carrying route. Refrigerators, freezers and other refrigerant appliances need specific disposal review; ordinary hauling does not include utility work.
Plan the next step
Tell us when a tenant, installer or property contact can provide entry and approve the quote. The arrival window does not set the replacement installation time. We can discuss other approved household items in the same estimate, with refrigerant appliances and heavy pieces identified separately.
Your free estimate and complete price
We review appliance size, weight, access and disposal before confirming the full onsite price. Refrigerant appliances may have an additional disposal charge. You do not need to move the appliance to the curb. The estimate is free and you approve the complete price before the crew loads it.
