What to know before we come out
Define the storage space that needs clearing
A Wilsonville request may be a garden shed, a detached storage area or selected outdoor belongings behind the garage. Describe the actual space and list what should leave it. Do not include shared-property items or another resident's belongings without authorization. Outdoor furniture and loose storage contents can be reviewed in the same request.
Access for your Wilsonville pickup
Show the route from the storage door to permitted truck parking, including side gates, steps and any shared path. If community or facility access has set hours, include them. On a property with a longer approach, show where the truck could stop and how far the crew must carry.
Identify equipment and restricted materials
Show the doorway, floor, loose contents and route to truck parking. Identify attached shelving separately. Tell us about heavy equipment, sharp materials, fuel, oil, propane, pesticides, chemicals, batteries and unidentified containers before scheduling. Leave an unsafe or unknown container in place for review rather than opening or moving it.
Plan the next step
Check stored containers before approving the removal list. Powered equipment, batteries, liquids and attached shelves need specific review. If the next step is a repair or landscaping project, tell us what floor or doorway needs clearing first; this quote covers approved contents rather than the building or subsequent work.
Your free estimate and complete price
We quote approved loose contents by volume, weight, carrying work and disposal needs. A packed outbuilding or heavy equipment may require a separate crew plan. Your onsite estimate is free, and the full scope and price are agreed before loading. This service clears contents; dismantling the building is a separately reviewed project.
