See all prices and load examplesStandard household-junk pickup starts at $120. A quarter load is $325. Your onsite estimate is free. Standard carrying, loading, hauling and disposal are included. Heavy items, difficult access or special disposal may add charges. Approve the complete price before loading. Larger cleanouts receive a full project quote.
Choose a two-hour arrival window, Monday–Saturday. Removal time depends on the items and access; larger cleanouts receive an agreed work schedule.
One item or a full cleanout
Leave the heavy items where they are. Our crew takes care of the carrying.
A bedroom dresser, an old washer and boxes in the garage do not have to become three separate trips. Photograph every item group and tell us which rooms they are in. We review the complete load and carrying work together so you can decide on one removal scope before loading begins.
Enter the full street address and ZIP when booking, including the unit number if needed. Show where the truck can park and which entrance reaches the items. Tell us about fences, steps, shared driveways or parked vehicles that could affect the carry route. Choose an available two-hour arrival window when someone can show the complete load and approve the estimate. If access depends on another person, arrange that handoff before the visit.
Ask the retailer whether old-unit haul-away is included. If you need separate pickup, identify the appliances, pedestals and other pieces leaving. Arrange necessary disconnection beforehand and show stacked machines, tight doors or stairs so the crew can review the handling.
Mark boxes, shelving and tools that stay. If a donation recipient has agreed to collect an item, keep it separate from the JunkPDX load. Unconfirmed donation plans should have a deadline so you know what still needs hauling.

Yes. Include all accepted items in the same request and explain where each is located. Appliances need the appropriate preparation before hauling. Your onsite estimate covers the actual load, access and handling.
Yes. You do not need to carry bulky items outside yourself. Send photos of their current location and the route to truck parking, including stairs or narrow turns.
Show added items before loading so the crew can review the full scope and any price change with you. Added volume or special handling may affect the quote and available capacity.
