See all prices and load examplesStandard household-junk pickup starts at $120. A quarter load is $325. Your onsite estimate is free. Standard carrying, loading, hauling and disposal are included. Heavy items, difficult access or special disposal may add charges. Approve the complete price before loading. Larger cleanouts receive a full project quote.
Choose a two-hour arrival window, Monday–Saturday. Removal time depends on the items and access; larger cleanouts receive an agreed work schedule.
One item or a full cleanout
Leave the heavy items where they are. Our crew takes care of the carrying.
Choose the space you need back: a spare bedroom, a work area or the aisle through stored boxes. Mark furniture and equipment that stay, then show the complete removal area in your photos. If a cabinet or desk contains documents, tools or personal items, empty and review those contents before approving the piece for removal.
For a home, show the route from the item to the driveway or legal truck-parking position. For a shop or office, identify the customer entrance, work area and approved loading spot. Mention stairs, doorway turns and heavy or attached equipment that needs a separate handling review. If people will keep using the space during pickup, agree on one removal zone at a time. Have one contact available to show what leaves, approve the estimate and answer questions before the crew moves to the next area.
List desks, chairs and empty cabinets separately from computers, files and equipment you are retaining. Junk removal is not a document-destruction service. Arrange the handling of confidential records before including storage furniture in the removal list.
Confirm a recipient's acceptance and transport arrangements before relying on donation. Keep that piece separate from the approved hauling load. If donation falls through, tell the crew before loading so any added item and price change can be reviewed.

Yes. A small pickup can include a couch, desk, mattress or other accepted bulky items. Show all pieces and the access route so the onsite quote covers the complete job.
Tell us which areas must remain in use and share loading restrictions. We can review a phased removal plan around the approved zones; timing and access need to be agreed before the visit.
Clear and review records first. Tell us about heavy or fire-resistant cabinets, locked drawers and attached units before scheduling. Confidential records need their own authorized handling plan.
