What to know before we come out
Plan around the replacement and the old appliance
Tell us whether the appliance is still in the house, already in the garage or waiting beside a replacement. An empty refrigerator and a disconnected washer need different preparation. Include more than one appliance in the request if several are leaving, and keep new appliances and accessories clearly identified as staying.
Access for your Canby pickup
Show the Canby doorway, steps and route from the appliance to truck parking. If a freezer is in separate storage, include that doorway and floor access too. Mention tight turns, a basement or soft outdoor ground before selecting an arrival window so the crew can review carrying needs.
Prepare connections and disclose refrigerant
Empty the appliance and arrange safe disconnection of water, gas and hardwired electrical connections before pickup. Tell us if you need to discuss preparation. Photograph the item, connections and carrying route. Refrigerators, freezers and other refrigerant appliances need specific disposal review; ordinary hauling does not include utility work.
Plan the next step
Arrange necessary disconnection before the hauling visit and share the delivery deadline. Refrigerators and freezers need refrigerant disposal review; tell us their type even if they look like ordinary metal. Our estimate covers the approved old-appliance removal, with preparation and any extra disposal explained before work.
Your free estimate and complete price
We review appliance size, weight, access and disposal before confirming the full onsite price. Refrigerant appliances may have an additional disposal charge. You do not need to move the appliance to the curb. The estimate is free and you approve the complete price before the crew loads it.
