What to know before we come out
Clear storage contents without changing the structure
Build the list around boxes, freestanding shelving, outdoor furniture and other loose belongings you want removed. Mark attached cabinets, fixed workbenches and the structure itself as staying. If several storage areas are involved, label each in the photos and decide whether all of them should be included in the first visit.
Access for your Canby pickup
Canby-area storage may be away from the house or truck parking. Show the full path, gates and ground conditions, with doorway photos from inside and outside. Tell us about low branches, narrow approaches or a long carry when present; the crew needs to review the actual route rather than assume it can drive beside the shed.
Identify equipment and restricted materials
Show the doorway, floor, loose contents and route to truck parking. Identify attached shelving separately. Tell us about heavy equipment, sharp materials, fuel, oil, propane, pesticides, chemicals, batteries and unidentified containers before scheduling. Leave an unsafe or unknown container in place for review rather than opening or moving it.
Plan the next step
Keep ordinary clutter separate from dense tools and equipment. Identify fuel, batteries, pesticides and other liquids so acceptance can be reviewed before routing. Once the contents are cleared, inspect the keep area with the crew; repairs, detailed cleaning and dismantling require their own scope.
Your free estimate and complete price
We quote approved loose contents by volume, weight, carrying work and disposal needs. A packed outbuilding or heavy equipment may require a separate crew plan. Your onsite estimate is free, and the full scope and price are agreed before loading. This service clears contents; dismantling the building is a separately reviewed project.
