What to know before we come out
Make the old appliance and its preparation clear
Identify which refrigerator, freezer, washer, dryer or disconnected range is leaving. If several appliances are stored together, photograph each and say which remain useful or are reserved for someone else. Empty household appliances before pickup and disclose damaged doors, loose parts and anything unusually heavy.
Access for your Aurora pickup
Show the Aurora doorway and path to permitted truck parking. Include garage or separate-storage entry, gate instructions and steps when present. A rural mailing address may need a more detailed entrance description, so provide the actual pickup point and full street address.
Prepare connections and disclose refrigerant
Empty the appliance and arrange safe disconnection of water, gas and hardwired electrical connections before pickup. Tell us if you need to discuss preparation. Photograph the item, connections and carrying route. Refrigerators, freezers and other refrigerant appliances need specific disposal review; ordinary hauling does not include utility work.
Plan the next step
Arrange water, gas or hardwired electrical disconnection independently before the crew carries the appliance. Refrigerators and freezers need refrigerant disposal review even if they are no longer working. Share a replacement-delivery or property-handoff date without treating it as a confirmed hauling appointment.
Your free estimate and complete price
We review appliance size, weight, access and disposal before confirming the full onsite price. Refrigerant appliances may have an additional disposal charge. You do not need to move the appliance to the curb. The estimate is free and you approve the complete price before the crew loads it.
