What to know before we come out
Identify the furniture that may leave the Aurora property
Furniture reserved for a buyer, family member or another collection should be clearly labeled as staying. Show the actual remaining couches, tables, bed pieces and cabinets for hauling. If a sale or collection has just finished, refresh the photos so the request does not count furniture that is already gone.
Access for your Aurora pickup
Provide the Aurora pickup address and identify the correct entrance and truck position. Photograph steps, tight door turns and any route from detached storage. If the property has a longer driveway or a locked gate, add those details before choosing an arrival window.
Show the furniture before moving it
Leave heavy pieces where they are for the crew to review and carry out. Photograph each item and the route to truck parking. Tell us about sleeper mechanisms, glass, powered bases, stairs and pieces that may need disassembly. Set aside cushions or parts you are keeping.
Plan the next step
A few leftovers can be collected without a whole-property cleanout. Tell us about delicate or broken surfaces, glass and unusually heavy pieces so handling is reviewed. If you want to include loose boxes from the same room, show them before the quote and approve one complete removal list.
Your free estimate and complete price
Standard household pickups start at $120. Furniture is priced mainly by truck space, with carrying, loading, hauling and disposal included in the approved scope. Weight, stairs, long carries and disassembly may affect the total. Your onsite estimate is free; approve the complete price before loading.
