What to know before we come out
Separate stored inventory from unwanted contents
When a storage building holds usable furniture, supplies or items awaiting collection, label those keep areas first. Photograph the boxes, shelving and loose belongings approved for removal. Describe heavy tools or equipment individually and keep dense materials separate from ordinary household storage.
Access for your Aurora pickup
At the Aurora address, show the actual storage entrance, gate and carry to truck parking. Tell us about soft ground, a narrow approach or steps if present. Include more than one outbuilding in the request only when each has a defined removal list and access plan.
Identify equipment and restricted materials
Show the doorway, floor, loose contents and route to truck parking. Identify attached shelving separately. Tell us about heavy equipment, sharp materials, fuel, oil, propane, pesticides, chemicals, batteries and unidentified containers before scheduling. Leave an unsafe or unknown container in place for review rather than opening or moving it.
Plan the next step
Identify containers, batteries, propane, fuel and chemicals before any contents are moved. If the goal is to prepare a building for repair or another use, specify which floor or entrance must clear first. The building remains in place; attached fittings and demolition are outside a contents-only quote.
Your free estimate and complete price
We quote approved loose contents by volume, weight, carrying work and disposal needs. A packed outbuilding or heavy equipment may require a separate crew plan. Your onsite estimate is free, and the full scope and price are agreed before loading. This service clears contents; dismantling the building is a separately reviewed project.
