Heavy items, difficult access or special disposal may add charges. Approve the complete price before loading. Larger cleanouts receive a full project quote.

One item or a full cleanout
Leave the heavy items where they are. Our crew takes care of the carrying.
When a new bed, sofa or appliance is coming, check what the delivery team will take away and list everything left for removal. Count sectional pieces, bed frames and old accessories separately. Keep the route clear for both crews and allow time to clean the space between removal and delivery.
Send photos of the items in their current rooms, stair turns, narrow doorways and the path to parking. Note powered furniture, heavy tops or pieces assembled inside. If driveway slope or turning space affects truck access, show it in the same request. Use the complete Camas address and ZIP to check available arrival windows.
