Heavy items, difficult access or special disposal may add charges. Approve the complete price before loading. Larger cleanouts receive a full project quote.

Once the moving load is separated, check the garage, patio, closets and storage for items that are not coming with you. Keep keys, documents and hardware out of disposal boxes. Photograph each remaining pile, including packing materials, so your estimate covers the whole pickup rather than only the furniture by the door.
Show gates, steps, ground conditions and the proposed loading position. For separate storage or an outbuilding, explain whether the request is loose contents only.
