What to know before we come out
Plan the Hubbard laundry or refrigerator pickup
A laundry pair can be reviewed together, along with an old refrigerator or garage freezer if each is on the approved list. Say whether the units are empty and disconnected. For a rental turnover, confirm ownership and permission before removing an appliance that belongs to the property or a tenant.
Access for your Hubbard pickup
Photograph the laundry-space entrance, door turns, steps and loading position. Include a separate garage route if another appliance is stored there. Tell us about a unit number, locked gate or long carry so the crew's visit can fit the actual property access.
Prepare connections and disclose refrigerant
Empty the appliance and arrange safe disconnection of water, gas and hardwired electrical connections before pickup. Tell us if you need to discuss preparation. Photograph the item, connections and carrying route. Refrigerators, freezers and other refrigerant appliances need specific disposal review; ordinary hauling does not include utility work.
Plan the next step
Coordinate disconnection with the appropriate professional before haul-away. Keep replacement units and parts marked as staying, and share the installer or key-handoff date. Refrigerator and freezer disposal needs are reviewed separately; no appliance is treated as ordinary scrap simply because it is not working.
Your free estimate and complete price
We review appliance size, weight, access and disposal before confirming the full onsite price. Refrigerant appliances may have an additional disposal charge. You do not need to move the appliance to the curb. The estimate is free and you approve the complete price before the crew loads it.
