Heavy items, difficult access or special disposal may add charges. Approve the complete price before loading. Larger cleanouts receive a full project quote.

One item or a full cleanout
Leave the heavy items where they are. Our crew takes care of the carrying.
Decide whether the goal is one usable garage bay, an empty spare room or a whole-home move-out. Mark the exact items leaving and set aside belongings that are still undecided. For a garage, count shelving, stored furniture and outdoor equipment separately from ordinary boxes so dense or awkward items receive the right review.
Include driveway clearance and the route to any backyard storage. Photograph loose contents inside a shed separately from the structure itself. If the project includes dismantling, explain that before booking; removing contents and taking down a structure require different scope reviews. Share the mover's arrival, storage deadline or key-handoff date. Plan the removal early enough to check the cleared space before cleaning or the next crew starts.
Keep your moving list separate from your removal list. JunkPDX also offers labor-only loading help when you provide and drive the moving vehicle. Share both lists and the vehicle timing so the crew can review the labor and hauling prices separately.
You can start with the items blocking access or parking instead of emptying the entire garage. Identify the first phase in your photos, then approve only that work at the onsite estimate.

Yes. Mark what stays and show which items need to leave. We can review a defined area or first phase without assuming you want the entire garage emptied.
Both can be reviewed, but they are different jobs. For contents only, show the items and access. For dismantling, send photos of the structure, surrounding space and any connections so a suitable plan can be confirmed.
Yes, subject to available scheduling and the project scope. Share your moving date and make clear which furniture is moving with you. Leave enough time for the removal and a final walkthrough.
