What to know before we come out
Include all appliances that are leaving the Woodburn property
A replacement refrigerator, an unused garage freezer and a laundry pair should each appear on the item list. Identify whether they are empty and disconnected, and keep appliances belonging to a tenant or another household outside the removal scope until an authorized contact approves them. Include their dimensions if a doorway or stair turn is tight.
Access for your Woodburn pickup
Photograph the appliance route through the house or garage, steps and loading position. For a rental, share the correct unit and who can provide entry. If an appliance is already staged outside, say whether it is sheltered and whether the ground is firm enough for carrying equipment.
Prepare connections and disclose refrigerant
Empty the appliance and arrange safe disconnection of water, gas and hardwired electrical connections before pickup. Tell us if you need to discuss preparation. Photograph the item, connections and carrying route. Refrigerators, freezers and other refrigerant appliances need specific disposal review; ordinary hauling does not include utility work.
Plan the next step
Schedule necessary utility disconnection separately and coordinate entry with the delivery or property contact. Disclose refrigerators and freezers for refrigerant handling review. A single appliance is welcome, and furniture can be priced in the same visit when the full approved list is shown.
Your free estimate and complete price
We review appliance size, weight, access and disposal before confirming the full onsite price. Refrigerant appliances may have an additional disposal charge. You do not need to move the appliance to the curb. The estimate is free and you approve the complete price before the crew loads it.
