List the tank, stand and accessories separately
Give approximate tank dimensions and its material if known. List the stand, lid, detached filters, lights and other accessories you want removed, with any pieces staying clearly marked. A cabinet stand may still contain stored belongings, so check it before approving removal. Include more than one tank individually rather than describing the whole group as aquarium equipment.

This pickup is for an empty tank
The tank must be empty for hauling. Tell us if water, gravel, plants or other contents remain; their handling is not automatically included in a tank quote. Live contents need arrangements separate from junk removal. Disclose chemicals, liquids and any attached plumbing or wiring individually. We review acceptance and preparation before agreeing on the removal work.

Show damage and the route out
Photograph cracks, loose panels, sharp edges and the stand's condition without moving or breaking the tank. Show doorways, stair turns and the path to truck parking. Explain whether it is freestanding or built into another feature. Large, damaged or fitted tanks need individual assessment; ordinary pickup does not include opening walls or disconnecting installed systems.
Review oversized-item handling
Approve carrying and disposal together
The quote considers the tank and stand, fragility, size, weight, access and disposal needs. Your onsite estimate is free; hauling is paid after you approve the complete scope and price. Household glass-bin acceptance and recycling are not guaranteed. Send the actual pickup address so the crew can review coverage and timing before a removal appointment is agreed.
