What to know before we come out
Give each Barlow storage building its own removal list
Use names such as garden shed, garage or covered storage when labeling photos. List the unwanted boxes, furniture and freestanding contents under the building where they sit. Include a building only when its selected contents are ready for removal. Keep family collections, useful shelving and supplies clearly marked to stay, even when they are beside the approved pile.
Access for your Barlow pickup
Provide the actual property address and ZIP, including for nearby Lone Elder or Needy pickups. Show the driveway entrance, gates and a possible loading position, then the route from each building. Mention soft ground, low branches and long carries. The crew reviews access rather than assuming the truck can park beside every shed.
Identify equipment and restricted materials
Show the doorway, floor, loose contents and route to truck parking. Identify attached shelving separately. Tell us about heavy equipment, sharp materials, fuel, oil, propane, pesticides, chemicals, batteries and unidentified containers before scheduling. Leave an unsafe or unknown container in place for review rather than opening or moving it.
Plan the next step
Have the whole approved list reviewed together, or ask to price one building as the first phase. Identify dense material, powered equipment, liquids and unknown containers separately for acceptance review. Your estimate is free. Confirm the contents, carrying work and full removal price, then agree on a work schedule for several loads. Attached fixtures and building dismantling require separate assessment and agreement.
Your free estimate and complete price
We quote approved loose contents by volume, weight, carrying work and disposal needs. A packed outbuilding or heavy equipment may require a separate crew plan. Your onsite estimate is free, and the full scope and price are agreed before loading. This service clears contents; dismantling the building is a separately reviewed project.
