Portable base or mounted system?
Show the complete hoop, including the pole, backboard, rim and base. Say whether it is portable, fixed to a building or anchored in the ground. For a portable base, disclose any water or sand inside and whether its wheels still work. Include detached accessories and pieces you want removed so the review covers the entire item.
Check accepted items and review requirements
Leave fixed supports and damaged pieces for assessment
Photograph bolts, anchors, visible concrete and damage without climbing or loosening the hoop. A cracked backboard, bent pole or unstable base can change handling. Tell us what is unknown. Detaching a mounted system, cutting posts, excavating footings and repairing the driveway or building require separate assessment; they are not included in an ordinary loose-item pickup.

Show the full route to the truck
Include the driveway entrance, gate width, overhead obstacles and route from the hoop to a possible loading spot. A long pole and wide backboard may need a different plan from the smaller loose parts. Keep vehicles and belongings that stay clearly identified. Leave the hoop where it is while the crew reviews the carrying and loading needs.
Plan pickup access at a rural property
Review the complete price before setting removal
Size, weight, condition, detachment and access determine the quote. The onsite estimate is free with no obligation; the removal is paid work after you approve the agreed scope and full price. Project review does not reserve a removal appointment. Send the actual address, including for Canby, Wilsonville or Woodburn, so coverage and a practical schedule can be reviewed.
