Step-by-step
A practical plan for the job.
- 1
Confirm exactly what is authorized
The property representative identifies items approved for removal. Separate routine enclosure overflow from belongings that may require further ownership or tenant review; the crew does not decide what is abandoned.
- 2
Photograph the complete area
Show the full pile and close-ups of mattresses, appliances, dense material and unusual items. Disclose pests, sharp objects, unknown liquids or contamination before anyone handles the load.
- 3
Provide the access plan
Share the enclosure location, gate process, loading restrictions and legal truck parking. Note stairs, long carries and whether collection vehicles or residents also need access during the visit.
- 4
Agree on pickup and future requests
Approve the scope and final price before loading. If overflow is recurring, provide the locations and typical item mix for a commercial service review rather than assuming a repeat schedule is already in place.
