What to know before we come out
Review indoor and outbuilding appliances separately
A kitchen refrigerator and a freezer stored away from the house have different carrying routes. Show both locations if both are leaving. Empty the units and disclose their connection status, known weight and dimensions. Equipment with fuel, oil or other fluids should be identified separately rather than grouped as a household appliance.
Access for your Molalla pickup
Use the full Molalla-area address and photograph the approach, gates and possible truck position. Include doorway thresholds, stairs and the path from separate storage. Tell us about uneven or soft ground before the appointment so safe carrying and parking can be considered.
Prepare connections and disclose refrigerant
Empty the appliance and arrange safe disconnection of water, gas and hardwired electrical connections before pickup. Tell us if you need to discuss preparation. Photograph the item, connections and carrying route. Refrigerators, freezers and other refrigerant appliances need specific disposal review; ordinary hauling does not include utility work.
Plan the next step
Arrange utility disconnection before haul-away and avoid moving a heavy appliance yourself just to make the photos easier. Refrigerant disposal is reviewed for refrigerators and freezers. If the scope includes several buildings or unusually heavy units, the estimate may lead to a separate crew plan.
Your free estimate and complete price
We review appliance size, weight, access and disposal before confirming the full onsite price. Refrigerant appliances may have an additional disposal charge. You do not need to move the appliance to the curb. The estimate is free and you approve the complete price before the crew loads it.
