What to know before we come out
Keep the workshop's working tools with their parts
Name the furniture and stored household items that can leave, then identify tools, chargers, attachments and borrowed equipment that stay together. A cabinet full of useful parts should remain separate from empty storage furniture approved for hauling. Photograph loose contents behind benches as well as the visible front pile. Attached benches, shelving and utility-connected equipment need their own review.
Access for your Mulino pickup
Show the Mulino storage entrance, doorway and path to a practical truck position. Include gates, uneven ground and the carry distance from the workshop. Tell us which heavy pieces cannot roll and which stacks obstruct the exit. Leave difficult items in place for assessment instead of moving them outside for photos.
Identify equipment and restricted materials
Show the doorway, floor, loose contents and route to truck parking. Identify attached shelving separately. Tell us about heavy equipment, sharp materials, fuel, oil, propane, pesticides, chemicals, batteries and unidentified containers before scheduling. Leave an unsafe or unknown container in place for review rather than opening or moving it.
Plan the next step
Describe powered equipment, batteries, fluids and unidentified containers before adding them to the pickup list. Acceptance and preparation must be confirmed individually. You can request one approved furniture group first while retaining workshop supplies. Your walkthrough estimate is free; agree on the contents, complete price and any larger-project schedule before carrying and loading begin.
Your free estimate and complete price
We quote approved loose contents by volume, weight, carrying work and disposal needs. A packed outbuilding or heavy equipment may require a separate crew plan. Your onsite estimate is free, and the full scope and price are agreed before loading. This service clears contents; dismantling the building is a separately reviewed project.
