Count racks, bases and mannequin parts
List clothing racks, mobile display racks and mannequins by type and quantity. Include loose shelves, bases, arms and other detached parts that should leave. Describe approximate dimensions and material, especially large panels or dense weighted bases. Mark merchandise, reusable displays and fixtures reserved for another location as staying.

Identify attachments and fragile components
Say whether each rack is freestanding, linked to another unit or fitted to the property. Show glass, mirrors, damaged casters, sharp metal and loose components. Attached displays and any dismantling need individual review. Utility work and property repairs are separate from ordinary fixture hauling; do not include installed lighting simply because it sits beside a rack.

Share the permitted loading route
Provide the store address, suite, loading entrance, elevator or dock rules and allowed access hours. Identify who can meet the crew and approve changes. Show the route from the sales floor or stockroom to truck loading, including turns and steps. Explain which areas remain in use so retained stock and customer access can be considered.
Send retail access and item details
Review the full pickup before the store handoff
Share the reset, replacement-delivery or key-return deadline with the complete item list. Update it after any supplier or internal collections. The onsite estimate is free; approved hauling is paid after you accept the full price. Multiple loads, dismantling and work around operating hours need an agreed plan rather than an assumed completion time.
