Identify the unit and authorized owner
Provide the make, model, dimensions and any documented weight from its label or manual. Count machines individually. Confirm whether each is owned, leased or supplied by an outside operator; arrange their authorization or collection before approving disposal. A machine left onsite is not automatically part of a property cleanout.
Request vending machine removal review
Account for stock and payment components
Describe remaining products, cash, payment readers, keys and other components that need separate arrangements. Mark anything retained by the owner or operator. This request is for removal review, with no equipment purchase, buyback or data-destruction service promised. Unknown contents and damaged doors should be identified before a handling plan is approved.
Send the machine and contents details
Describe cooling, power and the exit route
Say whether the unit is refrigerated, connected to power or attached to the property. Show connections without altering them. Include doorways, floor levels, steps, elevators and the loading location. Required disconnection and cooling-system work need separate arrangements; hauling does not include refrigerant work. Rigging or specialist loading resources are reviewed before approval.
Plan commercial equipment access
Approve the assessed scope and price
Your onsite estimate is free. Unit size, documented weight, condition, access, preparation, resources and disposal affect the complete quote. Removal is paid after you approve that scope and full price. Share the actual address and replacement deadline; submitting a project review does not reserve a pickup or confirm equipment availability.
