The quote considers the approved item count, combined truck space, weight, pickup locations and carrying work. Dense materials, equipment and special disposal need separate review. The onsite estimate is free; approve the complete price before carrying and loading begin.
Can you remove mattresses and furniture from a dumpster enclosure?
Yes, we can review bulky items outside the bins on property you own or manage. Identify the approved items, enclosure location, gate access and truck parking. This pickup covers the agreed bulky items; regular bin service and hazardous materials need separate arrangements.
Can you pick up from several areas onsite?
Yes. Label each pickup point with its building, enclosure or common-area location and provide separate item counts or photos. The quote accounts for the approved items, carrying distance and access across the property. Additional items need approval before loading.
Is every bulky item accepted?
No. Material, weight, condition and disposal requirements must be reviewed.
